Incorrect colour product

Ordered black/white sideboard. The confirmation email showed the image in black/white (as per website) however it did say black & I received a plain black one. When I contacted the company they said that this was the black one that I had ordered and the image had a reflection from the camera even though it was identical to the black/white one as per the website? They said if I wished to return it for a refund (as black/white is out of stock) this would cost me £20!!
Decided to buy a roll of white gloss cover up which was cheaper than £20.
Horrendous company!!!

Very good pleased. But not the lights.

The unit is very good, but alas the lights when they work lets it down.
