Not beech - but an’effect’ over chipboard.
Everything cheep & minimal, pre-drilled holes not exact. Screws made of soft metal - on was bent - no spares. Very minimal ‘instructions’.
Great care needs to be taken to assemble.
BUT I managed it and it is a functional cupboard.
If you don't expect a lot maybe that’s all that can be had for the price?
It is a big unit and needs a level floor. Instructions are good and self build is manageable - It would look really stunning if the top was one piece and not three cabinets bolted together, great price so not complaining.
The unit is very good, but alas the lights when they work lets it down.
Build quality is OK but the locking mechanism wouldn’t take long to prise off. The long screws for the base weren’t lined up very well and as such 2 of the them broke the laminate on the outside but it’s hidden so not a massive problem. Delivered to the wrong house.

Fitted the brief . Easy to assemble.
Arrived with screws for the lock missing, a set of screws that are not called for and incomplete drilling, screws for the lock arrived 6 days later, was told to fix the drilling issue myself.
Top draw seems to stick and the draw for hanging files is fussy about the size of the tabs on hanging files.
No instructions so had to email to request them. The locking mechanism on the instructions asked us to fit it in a position which would have made it impossible to lock but we fathomed it out. It is a piece of furniture which does the job. Fits neatly into the space we assigned for it. It seems sturdy and looks good.
Putting together was a bit of a challenge, and it didn't all fit perfectly (i suppose this is the nature of these things given it was put together by hand). Not the most sturdy. Led lights have peeled off slightly already. But none of these are deal breakers when you are paying
Very good value for the money the cabinet is strong well made and looks very nice plenty of room for your hi fi or set top boxes the two drawers and two cupboards with there gloss black doors look superb All in all would look good anywhere set a large screen tv off just right a 10 out of 10
The order arrived very quickly and we were able to track it with Royal Mail. It is the perfect size to hold all our paperwork and files in one place.
We think it is well made and good value for the price. Staff were very helpful when we phoned with a question. Quite easy to build.

Just what I needed. The TV fits perfectly on this stand. Assembly Instructions easy to understand and good value for money and looks very nice in the corner of my room, just the job!
Very pleased with purshase
Product arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Over 20 parts to assemble. Top comes in three sections which will leave gaps if not assembled correctly. Apart from that it's OK.

Lovely tv unit, pretty easy to put together, that is till I got to the doors? Contacted the store and they were happy to help with any problems. Excellent customer service have to say.
The instructions are via pictures instead of text. They were clear to follow and we are both 75+ and managed to put it together. Our tv is 42" and fits on the top of the stand but I don't think there would be room for a 47" tv.
